With many years of experience at Chanel S.A., Ami Hamamoto has handled PR for luxury brands and hotels. She later entered Mori Building Co., Ltd. and participated in planning "Roppongi Hills", establishing services for the entire facility, and focusing mainly on coaching the few thousand members of staff.

The scope of her business includes educational consulting, and service planning and provision with "nurturing people" in mind, Hamamoto has been involved in corporate branding and community revitalization. She has coached over 20,000 people and has been involved in communication design for over 200 companies.
